10 Jan Mark Kilgallon
Mark is currently the head strength coach at the Sydney Swans. He has previously worked in international rugby union with the Welsh national age grade and senior teams, at the Sports Institute of Northern Ireland with elite amateur boxing, international field hockey and Paralympic sports, at the Aspire Sports Academy in Qatar with the national junior track and field program, and at Harvard University in Boston, MA.
Mark has worked extensively in the past with industry leaders such as Craig Fitzgerald (Head of S&C Houston Texans), Adam Beard (Head of Performance Cleveland Browns), Michael Johnston (Head S&C of British Athletics), Paul Stridgeon (Head S&C B&I Lions, Toulon, Wales rugby union), Frans Bosch (speed consultant), Gayle Hatch (Head Coach US Olympic Weightlifting Team 2004 Athens Games).
Mark earned an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh in 2004 and a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science in 2002 from the University of Limerick.
